Accurate application requires plenty of power to maintain a uniform sprayer speed and spray volume. Spra-Coupe delivers on both counts. Powered by a powerful Perkins® engine, the Spra-Coupe 4000 Series Sprayers can apply up to 1,195 acres (484 hectares) on one 44-gallon (167-litre) tank of fuel.*

Strong, Cool, and Clean
Spra-Coupe 4000 Series Sprayers operate efficiently and are environmentally compliant while delivering optimum power thanks to the 4.4L (269 cu. in), 4-cylinder Perkins® 1104C diesel engine.
These strong, cool engines feature an all-aluminum cooling package and burn cleaner utilizing a charge-air cooler. The result is that they are EPA Tier III, Stage 3 off-road emission certified and deliver an impressive 366 lb-ft (496 N-m) peak torque @1400 rpm and produce 125 hp (93 kW) at 2,200 rpm.

The Spra-Coupe 4000 Series Sprayers utilize a simple, efficient and well-proven power delivery system. With a choice of either the time-tested and durable 5-speed manual transmission or the optional Allison® automatic, Spra-Coupe operators know they have one of the most reliable, low maintenance and highly efficient drive systems available to get them through even the toughest
field conditions.

For nearly 40 years, Spra-Coupe has built its reputation on tip-to-target control. The 4000 Series utilizes a proven spray pump system, including manual agitation and a Raven™ controller to help ensure effective applications.
Application versatility is enhanced by a spray system that is both powerful and adaptable to crops and conditions. The front-mounted, belt-driven, Hypro® centrifugal pump provides ample output for broad spectrum applications.
Spra-Coupe 4455 and 4655 sprayers offer a multiple filter system that minimizes clogged nozzles, and maximizes flow for steady, even application.

The 7000 Series features a big Perkins ® 1106D diesel engine, and its
cast-iron block produces 174 horsepower at 2500 RPM. Its charged air-cooled, waste gated turbocharger gets more power from less fuel to
maximize operating efficiency.
More Torque
The electronically-controlled Perkins ® 1106D produces 8% more low speed torque and has an increased torque rise to 40% compared to the
Tier II. The smooth running system reaches peak torque with less noise
and less vibration for longer equipment life.
Cleaner
The Perkins ® engine, with its charged-air-cooler, burns cleaner
and more efficiently and is certified to meet all EPA Tier III, off-road
emissions standards. Electronic sensors adjust fuel injection for a more
complete burn, better power production and cleaner exhaust.
Cooler
The matched cooling package, with its side-by-side radiator, increases
cooling efficiency over similar-sized stacked designs. The all-aluminum
construction and plate-fn design are sized specifically to meet the
needs of the Perkins® 1106D and maximize its operating efficiency.
